Warranty Policy

At Low Cost Construction, we assign to our customers any and all manufacturer warranties applicable to the products purchased through us. We do not create or offer separate warranties outside of those issued by the product manufacturer.

To initiate a warranty claim, please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product and submit your request within the applicable warranty period.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
  • Unassembled cabinets purchased in flat-pack condition are considered final and are accepted “as-is” by the customer. We are not responsible for damage occurring during assembly by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Low Cost Construction, we strive to offer fair and transparent return policies that respect both our customers and the integrity of our inventory.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Accessories
  • Customized, painted, or modified cabinets
  • Assembled or installed cabinets
  • Discontinued items
  • Quartz or stone material once loaded for transport

Eligible Returns:

Flat-pack cabinets in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging may be returned within 72 hours of purchase. All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within three (3) business days of the purchase date without penalty. After that period, all cancellations are subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking fee, even if the product has not yet been picked up or delivered.

A valid receipt is required for all returns or cancellations. Low Cost Construction reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these terms.


Payment Terms and Credit Card Policy

All purchases must be paid in full before products are ordered, assembled, or delivered.

Our pricing reflects a cash discount. If paying by credit or debit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to your final total. This fee offsets merchant service charges and is added at the time of payment.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and certified funds.

Delivery & Pickup Policy

Delivery:

Delivery is scheduled within a four-hour time window on a date selected by the customer, once the order is available in our warehouse. Deliveries are made to external locations only, including driveways, garages, or front yards.

Low Cost Construction is not responsible for damage after drop-off. Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change based on availability, weather, or third-party factors.

Pickup:

Pickup is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

For quartz pickups, an A-frame is required. We cannot release stone materials without proper transport support due to safety and liability concerns.

Available Financing Programs

1. Synchrony Retail Credit Cards:

  • Deferred Interest Promotions: Make purchases with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period. Interest accrues from the purchase date but is only charged if the balance is not paid in full within the specified time frame. synchrony.com

2. Synchrony Pay Later:

  • Pay in 4: Split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments over six weeks.
  • Pay Monthly: Choose from various loan terms with fixed monthly payments and no hidden fees. synchrony.com

Application Process

Applying for financing is straightforward:

  1. Prequalification: Check if you prequalify for financing without impacting your credit score.
  2. Application: Complete the full application for credit approval.
  3. Approval: Upon approval, use your financing option to make purchases with us.​

Please note that all financing options are subject to credit approval by Synchrony.​

Managing Your Account

Once approved, you can manage your Synchrony account through the MySynchrony portal:

  • View account balances and statements
  • Make payments
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Access customer support​
