This has to be one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phone they make you promises, but they don’t deliver and it took over three months to get my last cabinet and I had to drive two hours to pick it up.

They want cash upfront and there’s NO guarantee!I’ve been dealing with them for 9 months on a warranty of doors that are warped, promise after promise, going to be turning them into BBB better business bureau and Arizona secretary of commerce.

What started out as one star review ended up being a 5. Dino and team came through and went out of their way to make everything right.

You get slabs for a great price but you sacrifice good customer service. Jon greeted us very well but Dino was the one who helped us after. I’m not sure if this person was having a bad couple of days but he was extremely rude and condescending. Talked to us like we were children and just seemed in a rush. Also did not state to us that it was final sale before we paid. I hope everyone else has better experiences!
